You can send all full priced items back to us within 14 days of receiving your order, for exchange or full refund (excluding P&P)

Sale items are non-refundable. We offer an exchange or credit note on all sale goods.

Please email or phone us on 01142 660076 to inform us you are wanting to return an item.

All labels and tags must remain attached to the item with all of the original packaging intact.

With exchanges your new item(s) will be depatched to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is requried.

Package carefully, items must be returned in their original condition.We do not take responsibility for items that don't arrive.Please use a secure services.
